This process typically takes between 1 and 3 hours, during which our skilled team will measure the kitchen units, sinks, hobs, and any other necessary features for your design. Our templating team provides comprehensive coverage across the entire UK, but we do require your presence on-site to finalise all details and sign off on the template.

Once the laser template is completed, it is emailed to our technical department and prepared for the production of your Gemini Worktops. After the template, our Gemini team will contact you to ensure that everything went smoothly and discuss the next steps with you. We will also inform you of any changes made during the template that may affect the initial quotation and confirm the final price with you before proceeding with production. Please note seasonally busy periods of the year, especially November and December may involve slightly longer lead times. We recommend customers book their template dates as early as possible for pre-Christmas installation.

It's recommended to promptly wipe up spills and avoid placing extremely hot pans directly onto quartz worktops.
