A Double Pencil edge profile is a type of edge finish applied to stone worktops that create a smooth, rounded and sleek appearance.
The Double Pencil edge profile is achieved by using specialised machinery that grinds and polishes the edges of the stone worktop. The continuous curve from the worktop surface to the worktop edge ensures any sharpness is removed from the edge profile and helps protect the worktop from day-to-day bumps and knocks.
It is a practical edge profile, that lends itself especially well in traditional or modern kitchens designs.
